By accessing or using VMHost Pro's services, including domain registration, web hosting, and virtual machine provisioning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

No Refund Policy for Domains

Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the domain registry. This is industry standard practice.

Service Credits

If we fail to meet our SLA commitments, you may be eligible for service credits. Credits are calculated as a percentage of your monthly service fee based on actual downtime experienced. Maximum credit per month is 50% of monthly fee.

7. Data Management & Backup
Your data responsibility

Customer Responsibility Notice

While we perform regular system backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own data backups. We cannot guarantee data recovery in all circumstances.

  • 7-day retention for standard plans
  • 30-day retention for premium plans

  • Regular independent backups
  • Testing backup restoration
  • Secure storage of sensitive data
8. Termination
Service cancellation policies

By Customer

  • Cancel anytime through account dashboard
  • No cancellation fees for standard plans
  • Refunds per section 4 payment terms

By VMHost Pro

  • Violation of acceptable use policy
  • Non-payment exceeding 30 days
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Post-Termination

After termination, all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. It is your responsibility to backup and migrate your data before service termination. Domain registrations will continue until their expiration date unless transferred.

9. Limitation of Liability
Legal limitations and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMHost Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Third-party actions or failures
  • Force majeure events

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
