While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

Critical issues
If we fail to meet our SLA commitments, you may be eligible for service credits. Credits are calculated as a percentage of your monthly service fee based on actual downtime experienced. Maximum credit per month is 50% of monthly fee.
Customer Responsibility Notice
While we perform regular system backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own data backups. We cannot guarantee data recovery in all circumstances.
After termination, all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. It is your responsibility to backup and migrate your data before service termination. Domain registrations will continue until their expiration date unless transferred.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMHost Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
