You can reset your VM password through the control panel. Navigate to VM Management → Security → Reset Password. You'll receive an email with the new credentials.
Domains enter a 30-day grace period after expiration. During this time, you can renew at standard rates. After 30 days, domains enter redemption period with higher renewal fees.
Yes, you can upgrade anytime from your dashboard. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you'll be billed pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
