VM Management

How do I reset my VM root password?

You can reset your VM password through the control panel. Navigate to VM Management → Security → Reset Password. You'll receive an email with the new credentials.

Domains

What happens when my domain expires?

Domains enter a 30-day grace period after expiration. During this time, you can renew at standard rates. After 30 days, domains enter redemption period with higher renewal fees.

Billing

Can I upgrade my hosting plan?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime from your dashboard. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you'll be billed pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Email Hosting

How do I set up email for my domain?

We provide email hosting as an add-on service. After purchasing, configure your MX records through our DNS management interface. Detailed guide available in documentation.

Backup

What's your backup retention policy?

Daily backups are retained for 7 days. Weekly backups are kept for 4 weeks. Monthly backups are stored for 3 months. You can also create manual backups anytime.

VM Access

How do I access my VM via SSH?

Use the SSH credentials provided in your welcome email. For Windows VMs, use RDP with the provided credentials. Make sure your firewall allows the connection.
